7 - What do you think about greetings? I may send greetings in text messages. Greetings have to be face to face and on the phone as well. Greetings on the phone are sufficient.

8 - While you are preparing yourself to leave home, a visitor surprised you at your home door, what would you do? I apologize to them because I am on a hurry. I let them come in but with a hint every now and then that I am late for my date. I let them come in with generosity and delay all my dates.

9 - When you phone the wrong person, what would you do? I cancel the phone call when I hear a strange voice. I apologize to them and then cancel the phone call. I apologize to them and ask for forgiveness.

10 - Your phone rings continuously in the middle of the night but the caller is mistaken, what would you do? I understand it. All of us commit mistakes. We are human beings after all It would be o.k. if they apologize to me. I insult them and go back to sleep
